The cover features an acrylic painting by Hollis McCracken, Many Shades of Gray. Hollis picked this photo of David shot on 35 mm B/W film from 2004 which David really liked. Hollis painted this for Maggie after David’s death to commemorate her good friend David and to lift the spirits of his mom.
